As well, the Okanagan regional office performs assessment services for the following First Nations: Adams Lake, Little Shuswap Reserve, Neskonlith Reserve, Osoyoos Reserve, Penticton Indian Band, Lower Similkameen and Upper Similkameen. The office assesses 4,799 First Nations properties assessed at more than $1.76 billion.
The Okanagan regional office area extends south to the U.S. border, west to Manning Park, east to Allison Pass, and northeast to Revelstoke. This includes rural areas in School Districts 19, 22 and 83.
