East Kootenay

The East Kootenay office serves 53,000 properties, assessed at over $17 billion, in the south-east section of the province, including:

  • City of Cranbrook
  • City of Fernie
  • City of Kimberley
  • District of Sparwood
  • District of Elkford
  • District of Invermere
  • Town of Golden
  • Village of Canal Flats
  • Village of Radium Hot Springs
  • Rural areas of School District 5 and 6

The East Kootenay area extends from the Alberta border west to Ryan Station and from the US border north to the summit of Rogers Pass. The area includes nine municipal and five rural jurisdictions. We also provide assessment services to four First Nations at Tobacco Plains, St. Mary's, Akisq'nuk and Shuswap Reserves.
