Assessment LinkBC

Assessment LinkBC is available only to local government clients at this time.

This Internet-based service gives access to assessment data at the click of a button and is free of charge to local governments. Assessment LinkBC gives local government the power to 'slice and dice' assessment data to create reports or statistics in a matter of minutes.

Access to our extensive database allows multi-year comparisons across all jurisdictions in BC. You can, for example, chart changes in values or identify all properties in a particular Service Area.

Assessment LinkBC is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and is as simple as 'point and click'. Currently, only assessment roll data is available. However, in future, residential inventory data including year built, building area, bedrooms and bathrooms, will also be available. This feature will be powered by BC Assessment's new assessment application, valueBC, a state-of-the-art valuation and assessment system.
